Our engineering division is spearheaded by a professional survey team. In lieu of an outside crew, we offer construction staking, boundary survey, slope staking, and topographic mapping to reduce project costs. This wide array of services will ultimately save you time and money. The Rieser Building Group is skilled in hydraulic engineering as well. For all of your land development needs, the Rieser Building Group will determine the number of homes that can fit on your parcel, whether that parcel is suited for a mix-use project, single family homes or condo style living, and estimate the amount of open space required for proper parking and trash enclosures. In addition, we’ll deal directly with the planning department, planning commission, and city council to help facilitate the project.
We also specialize in mechanical engineering. We’re licensed in the state of California to design and build custom homes, apartments, and timber construction up to five stories, which include mechanical, plumbing electrical and HVAC systems.
